1. Research Use Only

All products offered by Peptideology are sold strictly for lawful laboratory research use only. Products are not intended for human consumption, animal consumption, injection, ingestion, diagnostic use, clinical use, therapeutic use, veterinary use, cosmetic use, food use, supplement use, or any form of personal use.

By purchasing from Peptideology, you confirm that the products will be used only for lawful in-vitro laboratory research by a qualified researcher, laboratory, institution, company, or research-oriented buyer with the knowledge, facilities, and authority required to handle research materials safely and legally.

You accept full responsibility for ensuring that your purchase, possession, importation, storage, handling, transfer, and use of any product complies with all applicable laws, regulations, institutional policies, and safety requirements in your jurisdiction.

2. No Human or Animal Use

You must not use, attempt to use, resell, promote, recommend, or provide any Peptideology product for human or animal use. This includes, without limitation, injection, ingestion, topical application, dosing, bodybuilding use, anti-aging use, weight-loss use, wellness use, performance enhancement, cosmetic use, fertility use, tanning use, recovery use, or treatment of any condition.

You must not ask Peptideology for dosage guidance, injection instructions, reconstitution instructions for personal use, cycle planning, stacking advice, medical advice, treatment advice, or human-use recommendations. Peptideology will not provide such guidance.

If Peptideology believes an order, message, account, or customer request suggests human use, animal use, unlawful use, unsafe use, or misuse of products, Peptideology may refuse service, cancel the order, restrict the account, or decline further communication.

3. No Medical Advice

Peptideology does not provide medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, fitness, nutrition, supplement, or personal health advice. Nothing on this website, product page, label, email, chat message, support response, blog post, or document should be interpreted as medical advice.

Product information is provided for research-context discussion only and must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease, condition, symptom, injury, or health concern.

If you have medical questions, health concerns, side effects, or questions about prescription drugs, consult a licensed healthcare professional. Do not rely on Peptideology for health decisions.

4. Regulatory Status and Health Canada Notice

Peptideology does not represent its products as Health Canada-approved drugs, natural health products, medical devices, cosmetics, foods, supplements, or products authorized for human or animal use, unless expressly stated in writing and supported by applicable regulatory authorization.

Research-use-only labelling does not make a product safe, appropriate, or authorized for human use. Customers are responsible for understanding the legal status of each product in their own jurisdiction before ordering.

Peptideology may remove products, refuse orders, update product descriptions, modify disclaimers, or restrict sales where required by law, regulation, supplier changes, compliance review, carrier limitations, payment processor requirements, or internal risk assessment.

5. Buyer Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this website or place an order.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are purchasing for lawful research purposes only, that you understand the risks associated with research materials, and that you have appropriate knowledge, equipment, facilities, procedures, and authority to receive, store, handle, and use the products safely and legally.

Peptideology may request additional information before accepting or fulfilling an order, including confirmation of research-use-only intent, institutional or business details, identity verification, shipping information, or other compliance-related information. Peptideology may cancel any order if the requested information is not provided or is unsatisfactory.

6. Order Acceptance and Refusal

Your placement of an order does not guarantee acceptance. Peptideology reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, hold, limit, or refund any order at any time before fulfillment.

Orders may be refused or cancelled for reasons including suspected human or animal use, suspected unlawful use, inaccurate information, payment issues, fraud risk, product availability, shipping restrictions, regulatory concerns, customs risk, website errors, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms.

If an order is cancelled before shipment, Peptideology will generally issue a refund to the original payment method, unless the transaction is suspected to involve fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful activity, or another issue requiring further review.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the website or products for any unlawful, unsafe, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

You must not resell, relabel, repackage, redistribute, advertise, or transfer Peptideology products for human use, animal use, medical use, supplement use, cosmetic use, bodybuilding use, anti-aging use, weight-loss use, wellness use, or any other prohibited purpose.

You must not make false claims about Peptideology products, use Peptideology content to promote human-use outcomes, scrape the website, interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false order information, misuse discounts, commit payment fraud, or use the website in a way that harms Peptideology or others.

8. Product Information and Documentation

Peptideology makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including product names, quantities, specifications, storage guidance, and available quality documentation such as Certificates of Analysis where applicable.

Product documentation is provided for informational and research procurement purposes only. Documentation does not constitute medical approval, regulatory approval, safety approval for human use, or a guarantee that a product is suitable for any particular experiment, protocol, method, or outcome.

Product appearance, packaging, batch details, specifications, supplier documentation, and availability may vary. If you believe product information or documentation contains an error, contact support@peptideology.ca before using the product in research.

9. Product Handling and Storage

Customers are responsible for proper storage, handling, safety procedures, risk assessment, laboratory protocols, disposal, and use of all products after delivery.

Peptideology is not responsible for degradation, contamination, loss, damage, or failed research outcomes caused by improper storage, handling, reconstitution, transport after delivery, laboratory conditions, misuse, unauthorized transfer, or failure to follow appropriate research procedures.

10. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

All prices displayed on peptideology.ca are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, carrier charges, and other checkout costs will be shown before order submission where required. Government-imposed taxes, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and destination-country charges may be added by third parties and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Peptideology reserves the right to correct pricing, product, inventory, or checkout errors. If an error affects your order, Peptideology may cancel the order and issue a refund.

11. Payment

Orders must be paid in full before fulfillment unless Peptideology expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Payment options may vary by location, product, risk review, payment processor availability, and compliance requirements.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Peptideology may cancel or hold orders that trigger fraud alerts, payment disputes, verification issues, chargeback risk, or other payment concerns.

Chargebacks, payment reversals, or payment disputes made in bad faith may result in account restriction, order cancellation, collection action, or refusal of future service.

12. Shipping, Customs, and Import Responsibility

Shipping availability depends on destination, carrier service, product type, weather conditions, regulatory limits, customs requirements, and internal compliance review.

Customers are solely responsible for confirming that products may be legally purchased, imported, possessed, and used in their destination jurisdiction before placing an order.

International orders may be delayed, inspected, rejected, returned, seized, destroyed, or assessed duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges by customs or government authorities. Peptideology does not guarantee customs clearance and is not responsible for customs decisions, delays, seizures, import restrictions, or destination-country enforcement actions.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by Peptideology’s Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Due to the nature of research materials, opened, used, improperly stored, compromised, or customer-misused products may not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

Orders may usually be cancelled only before shipment. Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available.

14. Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update your information when necessary. Peptideology may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, create compliance concerns, or appear to be used for prohibited purposes.

15. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, product descriptions, branding, logos, images, layouts, icons, design elements, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Peptideology and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, republish, sell, or exploit website content without written permission from Peptideology, except for ordinary personal browsing or lawful internal research procurement review.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics tools, email platforms, laboratory documentation providers, and external websites.

Peptideology is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, content, availability, errors, security, delays, or services. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website, products, product information, documentation, and related services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Peptideology does not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times, or that product information will always be complete, current, or free from typographical errors.

Peptideology does not warrant that any product is suitable for a particular research purpose, protocol, method, experiment, result, or application. Customers are responsible for independent review, validation, and suitability assessment before use in research.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peptideology and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or economic damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, failed experiments, research interruption, product misuse, customs loss, regulatory consequences, reputational harm, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peptideology’s total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptideology and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of the website or products, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, your import or customs issue, your research activities, your resale or transfer of products, or your use of products for any prohibited purpose.

20. Compliance With Laws

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, regulations, permits, licenses, institutional rules, import rules, laboratory safety requirements, hazardous-material handling rules, and disposal requirements that apply to your purchase and use of products.

Peptideology may cooperate with regulators, customs authorities, payment processors, carriers, law enforcement, or legal advisors where required or appropriate to protect legal rights, comply with obligations, investigate misuse, or respond to lawful requests.

21. Termination

Peptideology may suspend or terminate access to the website, cancel orders, refuse future service, block accounts, or remove content at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, provided false information, created compliance risk, misused products, attempted fraud, or used the website in a harmful or unlawful manner.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Canadian province or territory where Peptideology is legally registered or principally operates, and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

23. Changes to These Terms

Peptideology may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website or placement of orders after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
