Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Processing time may vary during high-volume periods. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been fulfilled.

Canada Shipping

Peptideology offers shipping within Canada. Domestic shipping timelines vary by province and carrier service selected at checkout. Tracking information is provided after fulfillment.

International Shipping

Peptideology offers international shipping where legally permitted. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be legally imported into their destination country before placing an order. Peptideology does not guarantee that any specific product will be permitted entry into any given country.

Customs and Import Responsibility

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, delays, import duties, taxes, or restrictions. Peptideology is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or import restrictions in the destination country.

Customers bear full responsibility for customs duties, import taxes, and compliance with all import regulations in their jurisdiction. Peptideology does not guarantee customs clearance for any international shipment.

If a shipment is rejected or seized by customs authorities, Peptideology is not liable for the loss of the order. No refund will be issued for orders lost to customs enforcement.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been fulfilled and dispatched. Tracking availability and updates depend on the carrier and destination country.

Temperature-Sensitive Research Materials

Research peptides are temperature-sensitive materials. Peptideology takes appropriate precautions for packaging and handling. However, Peptideology cannot guarantee temperature conditions during international transit or at destination customs facilities.

Shipping Delays

Peptideology is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. Estimated delivery timelines are approximate and may vary significantly for international destinations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@peptideology.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the matter.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Peptideology is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an error is identified before dispatch, contact support@peptideology.ca immediately.

Restricted Destinations

Peptideology does not ship to destinations where the export, import, or possession of research peptides is prohibited by applicable law. Customers are responsible for verifying that ordering from Peptideology is lawful in their jurisdiction.
